I love Kate Spade ever since high school. I’ve been loving the brand since I saw their shiny and colorful satin headbands with really cute ribbons on it. And now I’m in love with their bags! ♥
1st love:
Essex Scout Flap Bag

One of the bags I wanted in every color possible. It’s a crossbody with a flap closure and magnetic snap. It’s not too wide and spacious to have your make-up kit, brush, umbrella, notebooks, tablet, and smart phone all in there. But who cares? A simple bag but with such beauty (and preppy colors— also in yellow, pink, & orange.), what’s not to want? Of course I’m still in my satchel craze.
2nd love:
Daycation Bon Tote

I love shoulder bags that do not have zippers on them. It’s also available in prim pink color. It has enamel coating, so it’s glossy ad you don’t have to worry about stains. It’s not big enough for a weekend vacation trip, but it’s enough to carry your essentials for that a one-day trip.
3rd love:
Paley Paisley Medium Sidney Tote

Saw this tote from Purseblog as one of the anticipated bags for Spring 2011 and immediately loved it. Perfect colors for Spring/Summer & lovely flower pattern.
4th love:
Cabana Stripe Medium Raelin

Another cute and preppy tote without zipper, inspired by cabanas! It has lacquered coating, perfect for a beach trip or weekend vacation.

Aside from my previous post about the floral laminated satchel, here are my other top picks from their bag & purses collections.
1.) Union Jack Laminated Satchel

2.) Floral Printed Square Satchel

3.) Around the World Stamps Purse

4.) Meadow Embellished Butterfly Shopper

5.) Abbey Ditsy Floral Rucksack

I see a lot of floral up there. Sorry! It’s kind of my thing nowadays - girly with a lot of floral (hehe).♥

It’s not a new trend but Color Blocking is surely one of the hottest trends this spring/summer season. I personally love this trend because I love colors. It easily set or gives you certain mood and each color exudes different moods.
And so I picked out some favorite items that is perfect for this trend!
Balenciaga Arena Classic City in bright colors

A Balenciaga city bag has always been a favorite. Though I really love the City & Giant Work Gold in black and/or white, can’t help but drool over these amazing colors!
Marc Jacobs Resort 2012

I don’t really ship Marc Jacob’s bags because I often find them ‘too much’ for a bag if not boring. But these two are just perfect for the color blocking trend and the colors are lovely.
Cambridge Satchel

These are the fluorescent ones, but they also have pastel colored ones like pink, violet and yellow. These satchels are quite popular now a days. I want one for myself as well.
Comme des Garcons Wallets

Purses / Wallets should have fun colors too!
Fendi 2Bag

I love everything about these bags! Just perfect!
These are just some of my personal favorites. Most of them are from spring/summer 2011 collections, since obviously color blocking is the ‘IT’ trend this season. Enjoy trying and dressing up with this trend! ♥

Have you ever felt that feeling that though you already have a closet filled with bags and purses, they still are not enough and that you need to have some more bags that will be perfect for all of your other needs and activities?
That’s how I feel about bags. I just can’t get enough of them. I can never say that I have too many bags or that one bag, just one bag, is all I ever going to need / use for everyday. Never.

WHAT and IF are two words as non-threatening as words can be. But put them together side-by-side and they have the power to haunt you for the rest of your life: What if? What if? What if? I don’t know how your story ended but if what you felt then was true love, then it’s never too late. If it was true then, why wouldn’t it be true now? You need only the courage to follow your heart. I don’t know what a love like Juliet’s feels like - love to leave loved ones for, love to cross oceans for but I’d like to believe if I ever were to feel it, that I will have the courage to seize it. And, if you didn’t, I hope one day that you will.
